HUD on Pokerstars

Maybe I'm an idiot. Probably. But I can't get any HUD stats at all. No tool-tip, nothing on the screen. I do have the little PT icon, and I do get mucked hands.

I've probably messed with it for a good hour.

Under Group Options, I have Player Stats, Show on Table for Everyone. Default Popup.

Under the Stats tab, I've tried many different stats.

In the HUD Options tab, I've tried selecting 0, 1, or 2 databases. (It is giving me the mucked hands, so I'm pretty sure it's reading correctly)

Minimum hands required I've set to 1. I have Stats for Current Cash Limit Only checked, and nothing else there.

Under the main Configure tab, Logging is Enabled.

Any ideas?

Are you currently importing hands via AutoImport? Are the hands being imported successfully?

Do you have translucency turned all the way up? That may cause some things to become completely invisible.

Have you tried unchecking "Show Stats from Current Cash Limit Only" and seeing if that made a difference?

I am autoimporting, and the hands are being successfully imported. Translucency is in the middle. I haven't tried unchecking "Show Stats from Current Cash Limit Only" yet. I'll try that and repost.

It was the "Show Stats from Current Cash Limit Only". It doesn't seem to like it, even though I have over 5,000 hands at that level. As soon as I took it off, the stats came on.

I should have checked it, with this being a new release. Thanks for the reminder.

Selecting "stats from current cash limit only" caused the stats to disappear in all previous beta's. Is this still true generally with the commerial build 2? I'm still not getting stats with this option enabled.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.
