Importing PS hyperturbo sng from email

Hi, I have a problem importing tournaments.

I played nearly 300 tournaments on my iPad and try to import them into pt4, I faithfully followed the procedure but the software has not uploaded any tournaments. Do you have any advice to solve the problem?

Are you using Import From Email or saving the files to a text file and importing from there?

Also please note for future reference: you posted in the PT3 forum not the PT4 forum.
