If you still have not received your code and it's been more than a few hours, please PM Derek. Make sure you include your Transaction ID with your PM.

I purchased through paypal and have not received registration code yet; purchased over 24 hours ago.

What about if I purchased PT2 before <2 months (via PayPal), how can I get or who should give me a registration key for PT3?

Visit the Purchase Page and Add to Cart, this should show the price including your discount. If not, you need to link your orders: My Account -> My Orders.

Purchased PT3 through paypal more than 12 hours ago, sent PM to Derek and still no registration code? What is going on? How long should I have to wait for my codes?

Derek has literally two hundred or more support tickets backed up. Please be patient, we are working as hard as we can to get caught up. The initial response to the release was far greater than we expected, so we weren't prepared for the traffic.

It appears I should have read this forum instead of the neat information on your guys' main page about this software that apparently was not good to go.
