Constantly Missing Hands

Hello-
I play with the MAC client on MERGE poker.
I dont know why every now and then PTR will completely omit hands from my session.

What can I do to stop this from happening?

Are there errors reported in the Auto Import tab? We import all of the hands that are written and I'm not aware of known errors with Merge hands at this time.
