Are you guys talking about this by "Postgresql corruption issue" ?

http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/20120924updaterelease

Please comfirm Postgresql 9.1.6 fix these problems.

These changes may well help, but it will take time to verify whether all the issues in 9.1 and 9.2 are fixed. Until such time as 9.1 or 9.2 offers any significant benefit over 9.0 I do not anticipate us recommending them.

I ended up buying it, and I actually liked the features but overall I'm not satisfied at all :(
This guide says:
"The PokerTracker 4 database was designed to efficiently handle millions of hands therefore you should not create separate databases for different sites, limits, etc."
So I naively imported about 600k hands into it, but the import is so slow at this point, it is impossible to use it during the game... The HUD is not responsive, freeses even the tables not just PT.
I even made these preformance optimizations to the postgresql database, and Holdem manager 1 is incredibly fast with the same 600k-ish hands...
I reindexed, vacuumed the tables, even tried to rebuild cache on the whole database, but that throw this:
rebuild cache problem.PNG

What more can I do ?

I really like the HUD, and for heads up it's ok with 10k hands... but it is still not in the state that I could use it with my "big" database...

Have you reverted to PostgreSQL 9.0 and re-imported?
As stated earlier in this thread newer versions are not supported yet and can cause problems.

PT4 has built-in PostgreSQL tuning - go to Database > Database Management and choose Housekeeping > Tune PostgreSQL.

If you still have problems open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

I also meant to add that if you haven't updated to v4.05.7 Beta please do that too.

Another meaningful error message when updating the database... What should I do with this?

Did you revert to PostgreSQL 9.0 and re-import your hands?
Did this happen when you updated PT4, or were you doing something else?
What version did you update from?

If you open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs that may show us what is going on.

Yes, I did. I imported all my hands into a new empty PostgreSQL 9.0 database.

Yes, when I updated The MAC version to 4.09.1 from previous version, but I'm not sure that the database was created in the previous version.
