pt 4.10 doesnt work

hi.
pt4 doesnt work after updeiting to 4.10 version.
"get hands while playing" > importing started /hud didnt work/ > and pt 4 hangs after few hands importing
last version worked correct

I can send logs or my pc configuration, if u need

Please note this is the PT4 forum; please post PT4 issues in the PT4 forum going forward.

Please try rebooting your computer and running the installer again first thing as that may help. If it doesn't, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you post your ticket number here or PM it to me I'll make sure we look at it ASAP for you.

cant find ticket number, took from url "ticket_id=143745"

I repeated error, details in ticket. Want reinstall pt to ver 4.9, which work nice

From what I can see, it looks like things were working just the queries were uncached and thus would take a while to complete. I'm told the development team is already aware of this issue and working on a fix. I sincerely hope we have a very quick turnaround on this one.

i hope too, but where I can download installer of PT 4.09? =)
until then your developer will work I want use normally working version. Give me the link, please

You can find 4.09.1 here. It should work fine so long as you haven't edited your HUD in 4.10.
