HUD doesn't work in cash tables

Hello,

I play on Mac OS and I cannot get the HUD to work in THNL ring games on PokerStars.com (I am from Swiss).
It works well for tournaments on the same PokerStars.com but NOT in cash games: nothing shows up on the table.
The auto import stops when i play cash game. i have deleted all my cash hand histories, because when i configured the sites
it stops always to import when the cash tables hand histories comes.

PokerStars.com is in English

Please review the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure that you have everything configured correctly before you open a Support Ticket to report your problem so that we can investigate further.

ok, I've made. it was all right. I had to change anything.
in tournaments all is well, just not in cash tables.
when i play cash game, it stops importing and when I press the, stop getting hands, button freezes them. that happens when a cash table is imported.
at tournaments all works.
I think this is the pt4. 've read some of these problems.

please help.
have the tracker specially for cash and bought the games would bring him to work.

so i have to delete all my cash hand histories, allways when i want to use the hud in tournaments, otherwise it freeze in. allways
