Carbon/Merge HH not loading!

Do you think this will take long to correct? Or it could be days to resolve. Because I can take an extended break. I hate playing without a hud when I'm 8 tabling?

The problem appears to be a bug in the latest Merge update where the tournament data has been completely removed from the hand history. The reason that I say that this is appears to be a bug with the Merge update is that I cannot possibly imagine that they removed this intentionally. Information such as the game type, table name, hand number, tournament identifier, etc. have been completely removed and the data tag is empty.

As of right now, it appears like we will not be able to support Merge tournaments until Merge resolves the issue on their end. Without this missing information, we can't link hands to tournaments, display a HUD on the table window, etc.

I suggest that everyone affected, contact Merge support to notify them of the bug in their hand histories where the "data" attribute in the "game" node of their hand histories XML files are empty. Hopefully Merge listens and will fix this issue and push out a fix as fast as possible.

Im having the same problem with my hud loading for tournaments on merge network. seems like the update for merge screwed something up a few days ago. i would appreciate any help thanks

I emailed Carbon support yesterday their response follows. I replied to this rather useless email below that, I'll keep you guys posted anyone else have any luck?

I thought it was rather clear by my response that I did contact the authors of Poker Tracker 4 and they are aware of the issue. They claim that the data tag was removed from the hand history files after the update at carbon poker. I sent their response to you. Your response does not even address any of this. To me this sounds like Carbon Poker is saying they don't care and Poker Tracker can deal with the issue or even worse there is no issue. Your website claims you have the best customer support, I would think that would include addressing a customer's genuine concern, and not just pointing fingers while hoping the problem goes away.

Same here.

However, it may just be tourney's.

Even Carbons HUD for HE tourneys was not showing a HUD, but their OMAHA version was working fine. I did not try PT4 OMAHA.

I already have a ticket # for this.

I'm using Holdem Indicator as HUD. At first Holdem Indicator stopped working as PT4 and PT3 did. However, H. Indicator immediately released a patch and not it's working again with Merge. Therefore, I think that the problem is with PT not Merge.
