PT4 4.10.2 HUD freeze

I'm using the the most recent version of PT4, and whenever I start playing everything is fine for ~5minutes. Then suddenly my HUD freeze, and dont refresh anymore... Yesterday not just the HUD, the whole PT4 freezed, and had to kill it in process list. If I install back the 4.9.1 version everything is fine.

What can be the problem?

Same thing here. And an another thing, when I use the replayer, I can't take a note. If I try, PT4 crash suddenly

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I cant upload it, when i try, it says "Internal server error".. Is there an email address where i can send it?

4.10.4 was just released; please try that version first to see if you still have trouble there. If you do, get a log from that version and try zipping it and it should upload successfully then.
