Carbon/Merge HH not loading!

I'm using Holdem Indicator as HUD. At first Holdem Indicator stopped working as PT4 and PT3 did. However, H. Indicator immediately released a patch and not it's working again with Merge. Therefore, I think that the problem is with PT not Merge.

Doubt it. HEM isn't working for tourney hands either.

HEM is working perfectly for me. As I said it didn't work at first. Then HEM released an update and in the explanations it said it was an update for Carbong/Ace sites. After I applied it, it started to work as normal. It's still working. I have HUD in tournaments.

HEM is the abbreviation for Holdem Manager, not Holdem indicator. Holdem Manager isn't working for tournaments per posts in other forums.

Same problem here. Was using PT3 Sunday, Monday tourneys weren't working and I decided it was time to upgrade to 4 and still having same problems as everyone else. Really hope it is resolved quickly. Thank you pokertracker support for your help and diligence in the matter.

Please read this post earlier in this thread. As I understand it Merge have acknowledged that they have accidentally removed some information from this histories which trackers need - it may be that some other applications which use the histories don't need all of the information which PT4 (and HM) do, and may still have enough data to function.

In fact, I just found out that Merge have released an update which fixes this bug on their end!

Where'd you get that from? According to Merge this morning, they are still working on it.

WhiteRider tested the new release which was pushed a few hours ago. It may take a little longer depending on your skin but as soon as it updates for you things will work again.
