Can't register

Hey,

I have just received my registration code, but when I enter it and click 'Register' it says:
"Unable to communicate with registration server. Please try again later".

What's going on? When will I be able to register my PT3?

Sometimes firewall software can prevent PT3 connecting to the server - do you have one running?

Same problem here. Turning off the firewall doesn't help.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.

Problem solved. It was in fact some web feuture of Kaspersky Antivirus that was causing it. It worked when turning it off.
