problem importing hands (ongame)

Postby kyotoisok » Fri May 16, 2008 11:32 am

i just tried to import all my old hands into the new pt3 but i got a lot of errors. (i exported all my pt2 hand histories to notepad files). all these hands would have shown up properly in pt2 so i don't know what the problem is.

pretty sure all the full tilt hands imported properly. the only problem was with the ongame ones.
(95% of my db is ongame)

here's a screen shot.. i can send more info if you need it.

i can pm an example .txt file that won't import.
here is the error message
Code: Select all
Unable to import hand. Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_summary FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR:  value "2089872920" is out of range for type smallint CONTEXT:  COPY holdem_hand_summary, line 1, column id_limit: "2089872920" )

thanks

Don't PM it - attach it to the Support system.
Thanks.

I encountered the exact same problem when converting my PT2 DB and get the quoted error message for every single hand.
What is the solution to this?

I'll need to put out a release to fix the problem.
