OS X Mavericks, HUD going behind tables

Postby errorpoker » Tue Oct 29, 2013 11:05 am

Hi. I’m using PokerTracker 4.10.4, PokerStars latest client and Max OS X 10.9 Mavericks. My HUD stopped working today. It has worked fine until now. Now when I start PT4 and PokerStars. Start a tournament the HUD will open but it will be a separate window (as always) and It will be behind the PokerStars table. It will not stay open. I don’t know what’s wrong. It doesn't work when I’m using only my laptop (mid 2013 13 inch MacBook Air) or my laptop plus samsung display. Previously it only did this when I had PokerStars or Pokertracker on any other desktop than the primary one, but now it doesn’t even work when I have them both on the primary 1st desktop and no other desktops open and no monitors attached. Please fix this. The problem isn't even on the app nap feature of os x mavericks, I have prevented app nap for both pokertracker 4 and pokerstars. I previously had a problem that hud was showing porperly but wasn’t updating and that I fixed with his app nap thing. I have tried having all of my windows in the 1st desktop, no other monitors, no other desktops/spaces open, pokertracker not minimized, restarted computer like 5 times, tried to restore pokertracker from week old backups (when everything was working fine) have tried to downgrade to 4.10.2 have reintalled 4.10.4. Have tried deleting all apps i have installed at that time. I have tried everything. please fix this now, I’m so pissed that I can’t use my HUD.

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options --> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem, and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

This is the problem I was trying to explain on the other mavericks thread also.

I have submitted a ticket also and hopefully this will be sorted soon, I only bought pokertracker a few days ago :(

And I thought we already got logs from you? We are working on fixes for these issues.
