Notracker not taking automatic notes

Hi,
I edited the automatic notetaking in notetracker. I tested the notes that I edited and they are working properly. I purged all my automatic notes and then processed new notes with my current edited format. Everything worked perfectly but now notetracker is not taking automatic notes. If I manually process notes "since date" notetracker takes down the notes. From what I understand notetracker runs automaticly and you cant switch it on or off? So why isnt it taking automatic notes? Some help please.

It runs automatically when you're Getting Hands While Playing, not just anytime PT4 is open.

That is exactly what its not doing - not taking notes while Im Getting Hands While Playing. But taking the notes when I process the hands after playing.

Then please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I updated pokertracker and did a cache rebuild during the night. And now its working and taking automatic notes as I play. Thank you for a great software and great support!

Good night. I have also the same problem... I have created some automatic notes, purged the existing notes and clicked Run, to process automatic notes while I 'm not playing. Some notes appear, but the auto notes that i created aren't being shown on hand replayer.

I am asking your support, because I can't get Notetracker to process my custom notes for sits i have played before, neither when i am playing with "Get hands while playing" enabled...

Make sure you've set them to Active and they should be processing. If not, please do the same as outlined above and we'll look into it for you.

I have verified my custom notes and they are set to active... I have restarted pt4 with logging enabled, reproduced the error, and will send to support.
