Americas Card Room

Postby ryan1978 » Mon Nov 04, 2013 11:57 am

Does this fully work on ACR, including HUD ?

If so - please e-mail me as I may not remember to check this board : ryanmlanane@gmail.com

I did a search and found one thread saying it had to be before a certain version. Then I found one saying HUD doesn't work.

I can't tell by looking at networks, I have no idea what network ACR is on ...

I'm having difficulties using PT4 with WPN as well. It refuses, no matter what I do, to recognize that I'm sitting at any tables.

And I can't seem to find any support on this unlike with HM2. Not good guys.

It definitely should be working. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log file we'll be in a better position to tell you exactly what needs to be fixed on your end here. This definitely should be working.

I resubmitted a ticket to customer support and included the file this time.

I really don't understand why I have to go through all of this. It should just work.

Um - I figured it out. I'll post how and what to do in a minute (it's fixed) but you have got to be kidding me: There are HUGE red letters all over my HUD saying "TRIAL VERSION ONLY". Guys - you expect me to play with that slapped across the table and HUD? Are you serious?

edit: Yup. It appears you expect people to try the product with "TRIAL VERSION: PLEASE REGISTER" slapped across my entire screen. Is this a joke or something? There's no way someone at marketing made that decision. Just no way. Something must be wrong.

That is one of the aspects of our trial, and the decision to put it there was made at the highest levels of the company, so I do not expect it to change in the near future.

With all due respect: Whoever made that decision is a cheap moron.
