HUD behind the table

Hello!

I have a complex problem. I play in 5 rooms simultanusly, and I noticed the next thing: if I start a table on PokerStars or on FTP the HUDs at OnGame tables go behind the table, and I cannot see the stats. I attached a screenshot about the bug. You can see the two buttons behind the table:

I went through on the fixing methods (cache rebuild etc, but there are no change.

How can I fix this problem?

Try turning on Always On Top in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> OnGame and let me know if that helps.

Which folder are you hand histories being saved in? This will tell us whether you're using the new or old version of the OnGame software.
Some skins still use the old OnGame software which has a bug which causes this type of behaviour (although the workaround kraada suggested should work in that case).

Thanks - that suggests you're using the new OnGame software so the 'always on top' option shouldn't be necessary.
What version of Windows do you have? Is it up to date with service packs, etc? Also check that the drivers for your graphics card are up to date.

When I run the INTEL analyze I get this message:

I think that means that your hardware provider (whoever put together the machine to sell) may have a more specific driver for you - what kind of computer is it, and did they give you any driver disks when you bought the machine?

Hello!

It's me again. I just tested my all my graphic drivers in the computer - properties - device manager menu, and all devices are up to date. But my problem is still alive. A small difference, the HUD completely gone from the OnGame tables if I open a Stars table, or I get a Stars waitlist popup.

I run the OnGame, the Stars, and the PokerTracker4 as administrator, and my technical preferences are the same as above.

Any suggestion?

I can solve the problem, if I restart the importing, but it is not good, because the HUD starts count my stats from 0 every time, when I do it, and it is very disturbing continuously restart the transfer if something happens on PokerStars.
