custom hud does not work on all seats

Playing on Carbon Poker MTT 9 seats.
I have a custom HUD and it has a second panel.
The second panel shows up for all seats except seat 4 and seat 5.
On those two seats only the first panel shows up.

Makes no difference whether I resize the table ... they don't show up at any sizing.

Everything seems to work fine except for that.

is this a known problem?

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Is it possible they could have ended up underneath another panel? Try using ctrl+click and drag to make sure they're not being covered inadvertently.

I have done that. First thing I did was move all the other panels to make sure it wasn't stuck underneath one of them.

Does everything show properly for you on the replayer?

No, I just checked and in the hand replayer only the 1st panel shows up on any seat.

The 2nd panel doesn't show up at all

Strange that it works for most seats, live, but the replayer doesn't show the panel at all.

Please export your Hud profile and attach it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can experiment with it.
