I suspect those databases with N/A no longer exist. Just because they're listed in the config does not mean they exist in PostgreSQL. If you click New and Browse Databases do you see them all?

No, I see only active new DB.
How can old DB's just dissapear? I was using one DB for 1,5 year and before this problem 2 days ago. Any ideas where I can find them or restore?

If you changed your PostgreSQL installation then PostgreSQL may have lost touch with where your old databases were - did you reinstall PostgreSQL to a different drive as well?

Yes, I reinstalled it to disk D, when the problem didn't change I uninstalled it and reinstalled back to SSD disk C.
If I upload old hands from PT4 processed folder to new database I should get the same result as it was at old DB?

Yes, though you'd be without the notes you took manually.
