when you select bb instead of my currency, is the results on the bb graph including rake or absent of rake?

Rake is always included; you don't win it and including it in the graph would be disengenuous.

Ok thanks, also if I play pokerstars for a while and accumulate enough points to get $10 back is that $10 included in the rake attributed graph line or not?

It isn't possible to calculate rakeback (or bonuses) at PokerStars because the the amount you get is based on more than just the rake you pay. All we can track is the number of FPPs that you earn. There is a custom stat for PT4 which does that (in the Download Warehouse) but I'm not sure if that has been built for PT3.
