Replayer problem

Hello,
When I try to lauch my replayer for CG hands every things works fine but if I try to do the same with tournaments hands nothing appears in the replayer. I've tried to launch only one hand or all hands in a report and none works.
As a interesting info if I try to obtain the hands details nothing appears as well.
I really don't understand why, maybe could you help me?

Something definitely seems to be going wrong. What site are these hands from?

The hands are from all the sites I am playing on : PS.fr, Winamax.fr and PMU.fr (which is Partygaming)

Do you see the hands listed in the report with information (cards dealt, flop cards, etc)?

That is the weird thing. All the info on the hands are in the report.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your logs we'll be in a better position to investigate further.

Have you installed a new Replayer theme? If so, try resetting to the default and see if that works?

No I didn't change the replayer theme. I have the 2 defaults one and it works with neither

I have the same issue.
I bought the license yesterday pretty much to use the replayer. Sad, I know!
I get the summary and the hands imported works but when I right-click on a MTT to see the hands/use replayer, I have no option displayed for replayer.

What's the catch people?
