Replayer problem

Double click the tournament to drill down to individual hands. You can only replay individual hands -- once you see a list of hands you can right click and replay all hands in report.

I have tried that on the tournament but on double click I get nothing. Also, right-click on tournament line gives following options;
Refresh
Change Active Player
Configure Report
Export Report
Edit Tournament

that's it. I think I saw somewhere in tutorial video that there should be replayer option on licensed version.

I guess something appear to be not right as I have got the licensed version

What report are you looking at? Double clicking a tournament in the Overview report should show you the hands in that tournament. Does it show a blank box at that point? If so, right click it and click Configure Report and Restore to Default and that will likely fix things for you.

I have tired everything and here are the details.
Report=Overview
Results/Tournament - I get the line graph
Results/Places - I get the Place Bar chart
Results/Hands - I get nothing
and the lower grid with Basic tab has the tournament summary. If a double click this I get drilldown but without the list of hands.

Statistics/Overview - 1 Tournament 544 Hands
Statistics/Tournament - I get the line graph
Statistics/Places - I get the Place Bar chart

and the lower grid with Basic tab has the tournament summary. If a double click this I get drilldown but without the list of hands. The top grid shows the line graph of chips. If I click on the line graph at a point I get the popup 'Hand Details' but once again there is nothing to see here either.

I have two tournaments loaded which are listed in the bottom grid. So, I double click on one, 'MTT 5-table SNG'. The tournament summary appears. Also on the left side of the grid a vertical tab appears 'Back to By Description'. I then double click on the tournament line, it then says 'populating' and then nothing appears. It is empty. Also on the left side of the grid another vertical tab appears 'Back to By Selected Description'.
I can send you screenshots, if you prefer.

Drill down until you get to that empty box, then right click it and click Configure Report and Restore to Default and let me know if that fixes it. If it doesn't, please attach a screenshot of the report when it's empty (after drilling down).
