Wrong Data

Postby iJohn » Tue Jan 14, 2014 7:35 am

My PT4 is showing a graph with stats that are not correct. I have a certain number of sngs played and im up but PT4 is showing me like I've won triple the amount and i know that is not correct. What do i do?

Is this across many tournaments or is there one data point that's way off? Are you using multiple currencies or just one?

You can request a playing audit via the PokerStars client and PT4 will import it. Just get it in CSV and use Get Hands From Disk and PT4 will take care of the rest.

For going forward, make sure you have the tournament summaries set to save in Options -> Tournament Summary Options and that PT4 is set to import from that directory in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars -- that will guarantee things working properly in the future.

Thanks a lot for the answer, i did exactly as you said, requested the playing audit, imported successfully and also activated the the save option for tournament summaries. Now, graph still has the wrong data, My C Net Won is really off. What do i do to fix that?
