Difference between flush draw filters

I want to filter all situations where the player has no flush draw on the flop or just a backdoor flush draw.

Is there a difference between:

NOT ( Flush draw on flop using any hole cards)

and

Other flush draw options no flush draw

No Flush Draw means no flush draw on either street.
