vacuuming analize: Fatal error could not read block...

I can not do de vaccuming analize, it stops and give me an error.
Fatal error: Could not read block...
I have postgre SQL 9.0 and windows 7.
help please.

Sorry, after make the post I saw that this is for pokertracker 3. Then I did other in the index of pokertracker 4...
