Carbon poker update, now PT4 isnt working

A new carbon poker update changed the folder where the poker hands go/are kept, and now obviously my PT4 isnt working.

Any idea how to get this resolved? I assume i can just switch to the new folder or something but i couldnt figure out how.

I have this problem too. I cant find the new folder using PT4. I can find it on my PC and open up the hand history, but i cant see the folder using PT

Same thing happened with my PT3 today on Merge.

Can anybody help us out? - would be great!

oh my god, I think I figured this out even though I have the tech IQ of a gnat.

Go to Merge and click on Setting, Hand History Settings, and keep that open so you can see the directory.

Then in PT4 go to Configure, Site & Import Options. Click or right-click on Merge Network and make sure the 'site configuration' tab at the top is highlighted.

The file folder in the 'directories configuration' box is likely obsolete so hit 'remove'. Then hit add and use the pop up box to find the directory on your computer that matches the one that Merge is now using. Hit 'ok' and you're good to go.

Thank you soo much mookie i was trying to change the file location in the import config, i just couldnt find where the files have moved too. U DA MAN!

I have tried changing the file location to a new file, PT4 will see it, but it wont save it. I have changed it multiple times, but when I click on configure again the new folder doesnt show up

That should definitely be getting written. Make sure you are clicking OK to close the window and not the X at the top right.

I cant even find the folder. It says its in

C:\Users\Nate\AppData\Local\CarbonPoker\history\Jasdevi

I found Nate, but there is not AppData folder in there. I searched my computer for an Appdata folder, found one, but there is no poker stuff in there

AppData is a hidden folder - if you paste or type that path into the window after clicking "Add" in PT4 it will work.
