Table tracker not working

I've been trying to try out the table tracker software and keep getting this error message "PokerTracker was unable to communicate with the server at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.
If this problem persists, please contact PokerTracker support." This has been going on since yesterday when I bought the program. Is there something I have to download or do I have to sign up for something to get my free 30 day trial started?
I understand you guys are pretty busy as this is not really a huge priority for me, but was just curious as to if there was something simple i may be overlooking. Thanks again and keep up the good work :D

What site are you trying to track with? Is that site's program running as well?

Well i tried opening the site (full tilt) and then running table tracker and im still getting the same error message, anyone else having this problem?

It's nothing to do with the poker software, it's all done server side.
If it can't communicate with the server it's likely to be something to do with firewalls.. Do you have anything running which may be preventing the connection?

Not that i know of. I am connected by a router but i just have the default windows firewall activated.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.
