Problems after restoring PT4 Database

Hello,

I installed PT4 on a new computer, and restored the old database.

All my results are correct, but I can only find hands where I raised preflop and everyone folded.

Does anyone have a clue what's causing this? I did not set any filters at all.

That does sound like you have a filter set - if the results are correct then you must have all of the hands (I suppose if you're playing tournaments it could work like that just with tournament results), and restoring a backup doesn't change the database at all. Can you post a screenshot of the full PT4 window, or attach one to a Support Ticket so that we can see what you see?

That's very strange. There definitely is other data in that report though; otherwise the total winnings would add up to a multiple of 10, and they don't. Plus the graph should be filtering to that data and it shows losses. Either way could you send us a session from the 18th via our support system so that we can look into this?
