Hand History Problem

So my hard drive recently crashed and I lost all hand histories... I emailed full tilt and they agreed to send me my last 4500 hands, which I uploaded to my pt4 database. It says that all 4,492 where uploaded but only shows 4,063 hands, so I tried again (hence the duplicates) but still no luck, how can I fix this? IMAGE BELOW>>>>

Ok so I look into it and its actually not showing the first 429 hands of that 4,492 hands

Were those tournament hands? If so they'd be on the tournament side.
