Clustering Frozen

Postby oracle3001 » Sat May 17, 2008 6:17 am

Overnight I asked PT3 to import some datamined hands into a fresh DB. I have got up this morning and from the status window I can see that 700,000 hands were successfully imported.

However, I asked PT3 to Cluster and Analyze on completion. The clustering procedure has now been running for over 7hrs. From my previous experiences of clustering this number of hands, after importing them into a fresh DB, I normally find that it takes in the region of 45-60 minutes on my pc.

If I Kill the PokerTracker process via Task Manager will the DB be messed up? And can I repair it, say in Pg Admin?

Killing the cluster should not corrupt your database.
