I got a ticket 11226, but I just dunno how this ticket system works.
I have my posted message under "My tickets" and status is
(Open) Waiting for Support's reply. I guess You got it then.

Tried to find from FAQ some advice, but with bad success.
Hopefully You got my files also.

Today I got the HUD working by clicking the small icon and "show last hand".
After that the HUD started to show stats, except mine. And the tournament
-> enter results window it show the tourney started and ended on 01.01.1970
at 01:59 o'clock.
