Hello,
I am using PT2 with PostgreSQL. Now I want to switch to PT3. I have some original Hand Historys, which I also want to import, because I want to have theyr new stats like 3-bet and 4-bet stats in PT3. After this I will make a restore of my PostgreSQL Database. Is it a problem, that the hands from the original Hand Historys, which I already have imported, are also in the PostgreSQL DB?

No, PT2 and PT3 databases are completely separate so you will be starting from scratch in PT3.
The best way is to export all your hands from PT2 to file (unless you already have them all) and then do a manual import into PT3.

And will I have the new 3- amd 4-bet stats of the Hands, if I do it the way you told me?

Yes, if you import from the hand histories you will get all the new stats.
