Missunderstanding My C-Net Won

Hello,

i starting using PT4 for tracking my hands.
I only play $7 STT, Full Ring, Normal Speed at Poker Stars.

As you can see in the Screen Shot, Line 2, i won a Tourney but got i negative My C-Net Won.
Why can this be happen?

In the second screenshot, you my see my import settings.
Could it be the setting ICM Award remaining players ?

Do you have PokerStars set to save tournament summaries and PT4 set to import them? If that isn't set up right, PT4 won't know how you finished. You can set that up now for the future, but in the meantime you can edit that tournament's results by right clicking it and choosing "Edit Tournament Results", putting in the proper value and clicking Save.

Where do i find the Pokertracker setting.

In PokerStars, not PT4 -- just like the other screenshot you posted

In PT4 once you have it configured in PokerStars, add the new directory to Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars.

All settings are right.

And the Tournament Place in the Stats Screenshot was imported right from poker tracker.

My Question is why my c-Net is negative while i win the tournament a received $21.

So think the import is right.

Please send us the original hand history and tournament summary then via our support system and we'll look into it for you further. You can still edit your results from that tournament to fix it in this instance regardless. There aren't generally known issues like this at PokerStars, so we'll need your examples to figure out what's going wrong in this specific case.

Your screenshot showed the hand history option from PokerStars, not the tournament summary option.
Please review this tutorial for how to configure tournament summaries.
