Tournaments saved as Finish = 0 because hands are missing

Hello,
i switched from HM2 to Pokertracker 4, one of the reasons was because the HM2 totally messed up and started getting import errors and saving tournaments as Finish = 0 (lost)

Before i switched to PT4 it was working again in HM2, i dont know why. Then i played a few 100 games with PT4 and now i have the same problem i had before with HM2.

I have no firewall, no security software installed, i already deinstalled and reinstalled postgres, but nothing works.

The games i'm playing are hyper turbo heads up sngs.

And yes, the tournament summaries are saved an imported.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Please also include the original hand history and tournament summary files as we'll need those to see what we can do in this case.

I cant include them because they get deleted when they get imported, dont they?
And they are not special at all, just normal hand histories.

They don't get deleted they get moved. You can find the location they're moved to in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Preferences.

As far as i know the hands with importing errors aren't there.

PT4 doesn't delete any files, it only moves them, so they should be there. If not, send the new files the next time you see this.

If this were the case i could just reimport the hands from the archive where they get moved.
Also i dont know which of the then thousands of hands are the ones that were saved wrong (if they were still there)

If you have a tournament which is showing as a zero finish in PT4 attach the hand history and summary files for that to a Support Ticket.
PokerStars files include the tournament number so if you sort the files by date/time you should be able to find the right ones.

You can try re-importing all of the files if you like - any hands already in your database will be ignored so that won't cause any problems.

It doesnt work, they arent there (as i already said). The missing hands are NOT in the processed folder, there are gone. It worked a while without problems, now it doesn work again.
