Fold blinds to steal 0% in tourney HUD

Looks like you guys fixed the issue for cash games but not for tourney.

Nevermind--what was happnning was that HUD labels people who had no Fold Blind stat, it was labelling as 0% instead of N/A. This is where having the actual number of instances listed would help a lot.
