5bet shove range...

Postby dutch81 » Tue Feb 18, 2014 3:40 pm

Does this look ok?

I just want the 2 players to raise and RR each other, no extra players RR'ing, calling or limping w/ eff. stacks of 51-60 BBs.

Position between 0 and 9 does not filter out anything at all; all positions are in that range. What did you think that did?

Again, the actions sequence forces the specific player whose perspective we're looking at to have made that action in his personal action sequence. This requires a player to have made 4 raises -- assuming his first was a 2bet, the second is a 4bet and the third a 6bet. If his first raise was a 3bet, the second is a 5bet and the third a 7bet. So I think you have too many of these.

Oh I get it now, I was thinking the player and opponent's raises were both listed there. I'm really not sure why the position filter is in there, I probably started doing some other filter at first, then changed it to something else.

So I want Player to open raise 1st (1 raise), then get Opponent to 3B, Player 4B (2 raises), Opponent to shove and have his range listed. So now I'd have to go to other (Opponent's) filter and add his (1RR and 1 RR AI, 2 reraises) to his action sequence too?

If you want to see the 5bet range, you need to do it from the perspective of the player making the 5bet+ -- he's Player. Someone else is Opponent. This works with the filters as you have it, but your text in your last post seemed to confuse the two -- Player is making the 3bet and 5bet, and as is it should work.

Hmm, I can't see where it seems I confused player and opponent but yea, I wanted player to be the one that 3B and 5B jammed... Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks kraada.

This bit:

So I want Player to open raise 1st (1 raise), then get Opponent to 3B, Player 4B (2 raises), Opponent to shove and have his range listed. So now I'd have to go to other (Opponent's) filter and add his (1RR and 1 RR AI, 2 reraises) to his action sequence too?

If you want the note for 5bet range, you want Player to 3bet not Opponent.
