discount for upgrade to PT4

I purchased PT3 on oct. 23, 2010. Do I still get the 40% discount to upgrade to PT4?

I believe so, yes - if you go to the Purchase Page and add the equivalent version of PT4 that you already own for PT3 (e.g. if you own the full holdem version of PT3 add the full holdem version of PT4) then you should see your discount.
If not, go to My Account > Order History to link your PT3 license to your account first.
