PostgreSQL failing to install on a mac

Any advice anyone could give would be of great help. The instructions I have gotten from tech support have just been to "click on install", nothing called install exists in any of the filed that downloaded and anything I have clicked on has done no good. I am getting an error "a version of poker tracker is already running on your system" which is what led them to tell me to download PostgreSQL.

If you have downloaded the PostgreSQL installer just run it to install. There are directions here.
