some doubts about notetracker

hello
i've seeing at notetracker, that i've not used almost at all, but i found it very usefull
so, i've added some stats more, for example coldcall IP etc etc
but, it gives me really a few hands...i mean: on the picture i've linked, as you can see, i have 13k hands from that player, but it has just 6 hands that he colcalled in position, or just 23 3bet vs LP steal...how is it possible? how to fix it??

There's nothing to fix -- you need him to also get to showdown having taken those actions so that we know his hands for those notes to be taken. It's likely he just hasn't done that and been to showdown that often.

that's what i thought too, even if it's sounded strange to me, i mean: in a sample of 13k hands, it's strage that there are just 7 hands like those at SD
as a matter of fact, there are 28 hands like that: i've selected that player, and put filters: saw showdown, called preflop 2bet, and relative position vs lead aggressor at flop
so, why there is this difference? it would be a very useful tool, but if i need 100k hands...

maybe there is something i should "refresh" sometimes, something like that?

You can check to see if all hands are processed via Tools -> NoteTracker. It is possible you have it set to only takes notes after January 1, 2014 or something and that would limit your sample.

it has processed all hands, and there no limits....

Are you looking at the Cold Call notes? I can't see the full list of filters you used in the report could you click More Filters and show me the full list you had selected? It's possible you're missing something that is important.

the filters in coldcall notetracker are the deafult ones, i didnt touched them...anyway, i put the screenshot
but, believe that it's not a matter of filters or something like that...
i have really TOO MANY hands on my opponents to have this few notes...i just put the example with that player lasvagasmr, but if u need i can take other players with other notes, and the result will be the same...there is something wrong, maybe just a stupid little thing, but i just cant figure it out

I meant the filter in your report that showed more hands that NT was displaying. Did you use the exact same filters there?

the filters in the report i showed are:
saw showdown
called preflop 2bet
active player potition relative to lead aggressor relative postion IN POSITION
ah, and i see a thing: that report it's JUST for march, so i have much more hands like those...
