HUD shows statistic no for all players

I play PS zoom tables.
Everything worked good for a long time, but todoy HUD began to show statistic not for all players.
One hand it shows statistic for all players, another hand statistic for 1 players is missing.
Missing statistic is always for different players, sitting in differnet positions.

I have the latest version of PT4 and tried to reinstall it over previous installation. Didn't help.

What's going on with my PT4 ?
Help me plz.

Same for me, it misses just one player per table, almost every hand.
I play on Pokerstars.it and they had a software maintenance today...

Same problem for me, plus that my HUD doesn't show my own stats every other hand..

same problem . I play on pokerstars.eu.
Hero Hud only shows on one of two zoom tables.
It changes: no hud on left table, then no hud on right table and so on.

Everyone please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could post your ticket numbers here I will do what I can to get this expedited for you.
