HUD shows statistic no for all players

We pushed out a fix for this Zoom HUD issue approximately two hours ago.

With both PokerStars & PokerTracker closed, first start PokerTracker 4 and a file will be updated which will resolve the issue.

You can then proceed to open PokerStars and the Zoom HUD should display properly.

I'm still having the issue. Mainly it's the cutoff HUD display not showing. I've downloaded 4.10.9 again and restarted my system. Closed and restarted both programs as directed. Also fiddled with 'running as administrator.' Not sure what else to do..

Have the same problem. Nothing has changed (((((((( No any files downloaded after restarting pt4 (or i just dont see it)

Open PT4 and in the menu go to File > Open User Data Folder then close down PT4 and all of your poker sites.
In the window that opened go do the Config/AutoFiles folder. You should see a file called "stableFileList.ini" - delete that file. Then restart PT4 and let me know if you still have trouble. Reinstalling PT4 won't make a difference here.

I think it worked for me too. Some players HUDs still aren't showing but I think that's because I'm just starting out playing Zoom so I don't have hands on a lot of the players yet.
