some doubts about notetracker

Not all calls are cold calls. For a cold call of a 2bet you have to have no money in the pot prior to the call. With the filters you describe it'll count limp/calls and calling from the BB vs a SB open -- the latter is probably more common and what may be giving you extra samples.

ok, let's try again
i made some tests, on another opponent...
i found out that notetracker works PERFECTLY with other stats, like 3bet range, cold to 3bet IP and OOP, 4bet range ecc ecc...it gaves exactly all the hands arrived at showdown, i cunted them, and it's ok

but...
it still doesnt work with "cold called 2bet IP"
here there's another screenshot, there EXACTLY THE SAME FILTERS between notetracker and the report, because i directly saved them from notetracker "colcalled" line, and put in the report, just adding, of course, "saw showdown"...3 hands on notetracker, 73 hands on the report (i tried to put filters of potision too, i put position between "0" and "2", that means between MP and CO, and as a matter of fact, it still gave the result of 73 hands, which means that "coldcall" stat is ok)...

now im more confused than before, because i found out for sure that it's not notetracker's fault (it works with other stats), and it's not filter's fault (it works on the report)
any great insight???

You need to use the exact same filters in the reports as used in NoteTracker -- did you fix them since the previous page? You previously used Call 2Bet rather than Cold Call 2Bet.

i used the same filters!!!
i saved them from notetracker, and used them in the report, and in the report it works!
that's why i say i'm confused, just bacause it doesnt makes sense!

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could include an export of the NoteTracker definition that would be good too.
