PokerTracker 4 freezing every 10 minutes.

Here are my computer specs:

Toshiba Laptop
I7 2.4
8 gigs Ram
Win 8 64 bit.

Playing on Pokerstars and Ongame.

PokerTracker freezes every 10 minutes after starting program and importing hands while playing games. The HUD still updates (as far as I know) but I cannot click on the PokerTracker 4 interface at all. When I mouse over the program, the mouse pointer turns to the "busy" spinning circle and I cannot do anything but restart the program.

It works for about 10 minutes then freezes again every time.

Please let me know what other info you might need in order to provide me with a solution to help me get it working.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Extremely frustrated at this point. PokerTracker4 will only run for about 30 seconds and then freezes. I've already had a remote session where the person was unable to help me but said he was going to submit the logs to the dev team. I have heard nothing back. I currently have a product that I paid for that is totally useless to me. Please get back to me and have someone from the dev team or someone who can actually help contact me and get this sorted out.

As I understand it the person who did your remote session left some steps with you to try, including updating to the next version which is due out pretty soon. If you're still having problems after that please follow up in your ticket where we have your information.
