hands lost

Ive got the trial version of poker tracker stud and some of the hands arent importing properly and it keeps coming up wiv numerous errors saying it couldnt read 4th street etc... i jus had a session lost 22 bux but the data base says ive lost just 8.... any ideas why this is happening?
