After it vacuum's I get an error message. I'm done for the night. I'll check back tomorrow. Hopefully you'll have an update to fix it.

finished rebuilding cache and vacuum and analysis. didn't get any errors. still wouldn't import hands at a reasonable pace, and froze upon clicking the import button.

updated my support ticket and attached logs.

What error message did you get? We need to know the exact error message, and it would be most helpful if you provide us with a support ticket that includes the pokertracker4.log file from when this occurred. We cannot fix something without knowing the exact cause of the problem, your participation is necessary.

Please follow the database cache update instructions previously posted in this thread, I would also advise restarting first as a precaution. Click Database > Database Maintenance > Rebuild Cache >Full Cache Rebuild. When this is complete please take one extra step, click Tools > Setup Assistant > Configure Sites. Same error as above - one hand imported then nothing.
Trying Full Cache Rebuild - but been not responding for 20 mins now
Should I leave it ? Shut it down ?
Was this release thoroughly checked before release - soooo frustrating for me

Hi,

Just did update my PT4 and having so much lag issues when playing.. I didn't change anything with my pc set up and not sure what's going on..

This only started happening after the update.. Hope for a quick response..

Please restart PokerTracker 4 and perform the database cache rebuild once again. This will take a long time, do not force quit PokerTracker 4, let the process complete on its own first. Once the cache rebuild is complete it may solve your problem,

cant use PT4 anymore. every new DB is unuseable at pt4 restart.
cach sql statement is also too long (I got massiv many stats)
