after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

Hi

I made 2 support ticket already. I don't have HUD neither 4.11 nor 4.10.9.

I did not send log files, because uninstall the 4.11, than reinstall 4.10.9 and delete everything, than reinstall the old version, but nothing helps.

Anyway, Should I send the log file, meanwhile I am trying to import hands?

I haven't try to rebuilt the cache, because I don't want to make a bigger mass.

forgive for my English, Probably the problem arose at me because of database updating interruption,if I click "Stop getting hands" it's freezing on forever and I have to shut it down manually... installation of prior version after that any more didn't help and in new in attempt to make ребилд a cache, gives out such errors

I use 4.10.9 at the moment. Should I have to install the new version (4.11) than try?

or

Do I have to make those step in 4.10.9? SHould I try the "Housekeeping"?

Yes, anybody getting the Out of Memory error should try reverting tuning and then re-doing the upgrade. The Tuning sets PostgreSQL to use more memory to improve performance, which can sometimes be too much for your system when doing something extremely intensive like a cache rebuild.
