after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

The only other thing I can suggest is totally removing your custom stats. This is due to certain custom stats you imported and unfortunately I can't be more specific about how to fix them than that.

To remove all custom statistics you may have click File -> Open User Data Folder and go into the Data folder and delete StatsDefinitionsCustomized.pt4. Restart PT4 and all of your custom stats will be removed and then the cache rebuild should complete. Note that this may affect your custom reports or your HUD layout as all custom stats will be removed and no longer function.

okay, so if i delete them, can i then re-add them as normal after the cache rebuild has completed without them in?

sry to hijack the tread, but after i rebuilt the cache for thee 2nd time, loading up the hud seems better but the HUD placements is still wrong on some tables for the other players, importing of the hands also seem to take much longer where as in the previous version it was really quick, results and stats on the tabs were on the fly, but now after having a quick testing session on regular cash tables (about less then 70 hands) PT4 was still trying to import the hands after like 5-10 mins..

any solution to these problems?

Does the number of cached columns affect the Import Speed (dramatically)?
Do only users with Custom Stats having Problems?

2nd update finishes, then importing at 1 hand every 3 seconds. Remove custom stats, then rebuild cache... and still importing at 1 hand every 3 seconds. Do you not test your updates before releasing them!?

when I try to stop getting hands PT4 is freezing on forever..

i have tha same problem did the update to last version yesterday and update the database it took me 12hours . today when i open some tables to start playing a session, the hud didn´t load on most tables and the ones that load the stats were on the wrong players , i did the stop getting hands and is freezing my cpu , can´t played like this . im trying to rebuild my cache but i guess it will take me 12 hours or more .
can i install the old version? ( it worked perfectly ) . i just need a download link for the old software version that is light and works .
the milestone hands on stars and i dont have a hud, what a disgrace .

Anyone with problems who hasn't yet opened a Support Ticket and attached log files please do so, and post your ticket numbers here. We will continue to work with each of you individually to resolve your specific issues.

Most of the problems we've investigated so far have been fixed either with a reboot or a rebuild of the cache, or correcting invalid custom stats, or updating outdated PostgreSQL versions, but without seeing your logs we have no way to know exactly what specific issue is affecting each of you. It does look as if there are a few things which need to be addressed in PT4 as well, but these are mostly related to pretty obscure setups or better handling of invalid custom stat setups. The development team are working on these issues while we continue to address the configuration issues the rest of you have.

Please bear with us while we resolve these issues - this is a major update, and while we tested extensively before release it is not possible to test all possible system and custom stat combinations or anticipate every possible issue. Once we work through and resolve the issues it will improve overall performance for users of custom stats.
