after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

First let me say,PT4 is joke

I started using PT 7 years ego,siwtches to HM1(was using it 4years)
And give another try to PT(bout it cpl days ego)
Since then:
I installed 4.09/updated to 4.10 have HUD prob on PS
Made clean install v.4.9-played PS 6max NL-didnt c ANY HUD(all hands observed but not imported)
Send 2 tickets,aND WHAT NOW?

OK,as i see it right now
I want PT prob solved ASAP,or i want my money back
I cant afford to have to think about PT prob when i play

sry to hijack the tread, but after i rebuilt the cache for thee 2nd time, loading up the hud seems better but the HUD placements is still wrong on some tables for the other players, importing of the hands also seem to take much longer where as in the previous version it was really quick, results and stats on the tabs were on the fly, but now after having a quick testing session on regular cash tables (about less then 70 hands) PT4 was still trying to import the hands after like 5-10 mins..

any solution to these problems?

I played a longer session and it was getting worse every minute. After an hour I had my hud only on few tables without refresing at all. Wasn't able to stop the import either. Now it's not working at all, instafreez after I start importin............. ((((((((

Cannot rebuild cache.. no importing,no hud :S my ticket is 152238.

im very fine with the update . db upgrade works overnight, dont know how long it takes. i have a lot of customized stats and 34gb db, no over powerfull computer and erverything works perfect.

for the first time i really can use my own stats. thx a lot pt4 team.

updated my ticket again 152128
heres what i figured out maybe it can help someone else.

I imported all HH in a new psql9.3 db and the import speed while playing is very good now. Just played a couple of tables and the Hud appears and refreshes instantliy.
There is just one new Problem. The $EV net adjusted is calculated wrong now. Have a diffrence from over 700 buyins.

Same problema, Hud is too slow, isnt arranged con tables, and after a while stops working.

Ive built the cache databa se twice. It no works for me.
