kiragaz: The log in your ticket shows you downgraded to 4.10.9 -- please upgrade back to 4.11 and send us a new log. Downgrading will not work well as quite a bit has been modified by 4.11.

Neomorf: Please send us a ticket as well with your logs. We'll need to see what's going on there before we can advise you how to proceed.

schnuki007: Glad to hear things are going well for you! That box was a new addition for 4.11 because we thought it likely with the length of the update that some people would want to postpone it :)

ollalla: Thanks for keeping us apprised. We'll look into your net adjusted issue in the ticket where the hands are.

niceone: You have two columns called "cnt_p_open_opp_hj" -- go to Configure -> Statistics and in the Columns area locate and delete the duplicate. If you happen to see other duplicates as well you should clear them out; each column can only be specified once (and PT4 has enforced this for some time so that duplicate must have been there for quite a while). Once you've done that the update should complete.

Everyone else: Thanks again for creating tickets and working with us.

I send you 3 tickets
2 for 4.09
1 for 4.10(after upgrade)

No one works
When im playing on PS PT wrote me"hands obvserved but not imported"

Ill do what you asking, and ungrade to 4.10,and send you ticket
But if this not works ,i want full refund

I dont have time to mess arround with your product and waste lot off time to try to make it work
You should know better and not to release infirrior product/update to market

Regards

Program doesnt work since update, HUD won't come up, hands won't import and crash every time I try to stop importing hands. Tried rebuilding cache (19gb database, took hours), I got an error message like the others.

Sent logs, ticket ID 152184.

Please don't make dysfunctional updates anymore, this one effectively cost me 2 days of work

Thanks for the tickets. We do our best to test these releases prior to releasing them and we need your tickets in order to determine what makes your systems different than our testing systems.
