after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

ommaha: You'll need to compress it for it to attach; our limit is 5M but text compresses well and the 48M log may well compress down to fit.

i know and i did that when updating the ticket. but thanks anyway.

current: rebuilt cache without probelms, import terribly slow. what to try next?

You do realize PT4 doesn't work for anyone at the moment right? They are probably overwhelmed

Here is my error when updating the cache. I think it has to do with custom stats:

Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: out of memory DETAIL: Failed on request of size 8. CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function "update_cash_cache_playerrange" line 12 at FOR over SELECT rows )

if you already sent a ticket to the support you find the id under my account->my support tickets
if you have not sent a ticket yet click support->start here to create a ticket.
you find the logfile in your data folder. open pt4->file->open user data folder. it is called pokertracker4.txt
