after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

I got it working, but 2 problems:

HUD is slow to refresh stats and my computer fan is going crazy when I load a lot of tables. It started after the 4.11 update. Any help?

First let me say,PT4 is joke

I started using PT 7 years ego,siwtches to HM1(was using it 4years)
And give another try to PT(bout it cpl days ego)
Since then:
I installed 4.09/updated to 4.10 have HUD prob on PS
Made clean install v.4.9-played PS 6max NL-didnt c ANY HUD(all hands observed but not imported)
Send 2 tickets,aND WHAT NOW?

OK,as i see it right now
I want PT prob solved ASAP,or i want my money back
I cant afford to have to think about PT prob when i play

he couldnt have said it better, I want my money back too, pokertracker has cost me more money then I paid for it, constantly having to fuck with it while im trying to work is the nut low

it doesn't matter if your a computer idiot or not if their software just doesn't work, its obvious that there are many issues with this 'stable' release, nothing is going to be fixed until they fix it on their end, you'll see

I'm solving my problem by creating a new database then improting all the hands again. I'll let you know if this works. I really hope this works because if it doesn't work then I will have no more choice to say that this program is a trash and that my 200 dollars I paid for this have been wasted.

i had the same issues, last resort was to do a backup, uninstall postgres n PT4, delete all the postgres files remaining, reinstall everything.

so far so good, played a short session abt 100 hands, improt speed back to normal, HUDs workin fine, in the correct place.

Hope it still works tomorrow?

might take abit of time but it sure is faster then rebuilding yr cache 3 or more imtes, reindexing n all.

same issues here as everyone else. when will you fix this problem? this is certainly not on the users end.
how do i properly go back to using 4.10.9? do i uninstall 4.11 and then reinstall 4.10.9 and add my old database to it? i made a backup before 4.11 was released
